Locked out of Microsoft Partner Center driver submission page

I just logged in and I still have access but I get that Program Not found for the verification page. There is no resolve button when I get that (although as I said I am verified).

I logged in from different networks and still got that message so it appears to be on Microsoft’s end. I thought I was the only one getting that message but it does look like something that Microsoft needs to fix.

@Thomas_Eckert w

Unfortunately I do not see a Resolve button in the verification status page.

I had/have this problem and Microsoft sent me a link with two steps.

  1. Was to get authenticated with AU10TIX after which I had a verified ID on my Microsoft Authenticator app

  2. Pass this verified ID to Microsoft

The link was along the lines of

credentials.microsoft.com/verify

I don’t know if this will work for you,

Thanks @rob18767.

I have opened a new support request and Garrett escalated it for me. However yesterday I received a message that my support request had gone to the wrong team and was now being rerouted to the correct team. So I do not know how long this will take to fix.

Based on my experience I would suggest people keep a close eye to their accounts. My account was verified back in April and I am fairly certain it was still verified in early June. And then it suddenly went away.

It’s been 16 days since I submitted a ticket on the Microsoft Engage Center (in addition to 60 days of waiting on the original support response), and still nothing at all. Perhaps my tickets have been routed to the wrong team too..?

Also, I made sure to attach the ticket to an email address that I could receive emails on, and made sure the verification status is still in a verified state.

Do you actually have a Microsoft Partner Center login?

Yes, I have also had access to the Hardware program in the past. So it’s a surprise how difficult it’s been to get support on this from Microsoft.

Have you tried logging in then navigating to account settings→legal info

Then clicking on the verification summary status link to see if there is a ‘resolve’ button?

I should add you also need the Microsoft Authenticator App on your phone.

Quick update: With Garrett's help the issue has been resolved and my account shows as verified again.

Did they tell you why the account fell out of verification, or did it just randomly decide to do so for no reason? Because the latter sounds like a very scary situation.
