Does anybody have any information on the best way to get support from Microsoft on WMI related issues ? On their website they give the e-mail id xxxxx@microsoft.com where all WMI related queries can be sent. But, I have not been getting any
response to my queries mailed to that address for the past few months. I would appreciate it if anybody could provide me with some pointers on the best options for getting support from Microsoft on WMI related issues.
