I believe that they are MSDN only. I don’t know whether they come on
Disc or not, but I believe they do. That being said, it does seem like
pretty much everything has to be downloaded these days, at least if you
wish to use it within a reasonable time frame. Go to
http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions and sign in/
