Hi all,
I am trying to install a driver(for a NIC) of mine on two machines which
have same OS.(Windows 2000 Advanced server). I have an application to
register the driver with CreateService. Then load the
driver(StartService). Now this sequence works fine on one of the machines.
On other machine the Create Service works fine but StartService fails.
While I am sure that there is no problem with the NIC…I also tried
inserting the card in other slots of that machine but with same results…
What else can be the reason for this failure ???
Can anyone of u please help me out of this???
