Windows 98 resource leak.

Hi,
My programs run in Windows 98 system . After 6-7 hours , OS told me system resoure exhaust.
Is there any tools to help find out waht kind of resource exhaust?

This is for Windows NT/2000/XP and not the 9x versions.
