windbg version???

I could not debug step into, step over etc. But able to setup break points,
etc.,
Driver running on win2k, want to debug with win2k sp1 m/c.
Could you suggest which version should I use

The current version is 2.0.23.0 which is available for d/l at
http://www.microsoft.com/ddk/debugging

Please read the docs the install with the debugger.
