WinDbg disassembler doesn’t understand new Intel VT and AMD
Pacifica instructions like VMCALL, VMLAUNCH, VMREAD, etc.
DUMPBIN ver. 8.00.50215.44 from VS 2005 Beta2 correctly
disassemles them so it is time for WinDbg to do the same.
