windbg 3.0.0007 (beta)

We’ve just released a new version of WinDBG to our web site,
http://www.microsoft.com/ddk/debugging

It fixes all the bugs that have been reported to us, including lots of
winxp debugger extension problems, and the anoying timestamp message people
were seeing. We’ve also continued to make lots of updates to the debugger
documentation.

Give it a try and please please PLEASE report any bugs or issues you find,
whether they are with the debugger itself or with the docs. We are also
happy to entertain any feature request you may have.

First impression: It’s definitely faster, both in initializing and in
responding to hardcoded breakpoints. It doesn’t, however, seem to be
noticeably faster in single-stepping through source.
