win32 email list?

Hi Everyone,

I’ve found this e-mail list to be indispensable for driver
development. Does anyone know of a similarly useful list that deals
with application level code issues (particularly low level win32
stuff)?

Chris Sells’ list at xxxxx@yahoogroups.com is one of my
favorites. Very good contributors and a fair signal/noise ratio.
