Where are splitsym & symchk utilities ...?

the symbol file needs to be checked using

  1. splitsym.exe &
  2. symchk.exe

But I could not locate these files in DDK or in HCT 10.0.

I any of you have them, pls. mail [xxxxx@wipro.com]
or indicate the location.
