When a UNC meeted in CreateFile,can I know it's on my local FS?

Assuming that:
my computer is 192.168.5.186

I CreateFile “\192.168.5.186\Share\1.txt”,so the file is on my local
FileSystem in fact.
In my filter,I meet the CreateFile IRP,how can I know that the file is on my
local FileSystem?

I don’t know if this helps you, but at least I try …

As far as I know, the redirector (which is target driver for those
request) should call additional create for the local file. So you
just attach to the local file systems, and you should also catch
CREATEs that were originally sent to the “remote” server.

Yes,It will call back.That do be my trouble!
When I meet the CreateFile again with local FS(C:\Share\1.txt),how can I
know it 's the CreateFile for RDR( \192.168.5.186\Share\1.txt)?
