It has officially been 1 and a half years being stuck in Microsoft bug limbo of doom and I am failing to understand how one of the largest companies in the world who developed Windows are incapable of running a simple website. To summarize for almost a year I was unable to get my Hardware Developer Account verified but 5 months ago this bug was finally patched and my account finally get 100% vetted (I already added my companies EV cert). Now for the past 5 months I have had a fully verified account but when I go to the main Partner Center page that shows My Access nothing shows up despite everything saying I am “already in the hardware developer program”. Since then I have been talking to support and last week I was able to actually have a phone call with them!
Microsoft’s support staff told me that this issue is very common and that they have been slammed with the same issue for months now. He said that he keeps checking in with the dev’s every 2 days and theres nothing he can do until they solve the issue.

I know that some of you were previous developers at Microsoft so can anyone enlighten me on what their model is? I know they have to have very capable developers yet a year and half to fix a website bug is beyond absurd. Do they just out source most of their work now or are they just neglecting it while leading all of their support staff on? If anyone has an actual contact at Microsoft can someone please reach out and see what is going on over there?
I am also a developer and have been for many years so I understand it can be tricky to patch bugs but a year and a half+ to fix a website bug for one of the richest companies in the world is unbelievable.
