but What is “HKR” in .inf file?

Relative to the registry key most pertinent to the section in which this
AddReg directive appears, such as the per-device “hardware” subkey in the
registry …\Enum\enumeratorID\device-instance-id branch, the corresponding
driver-specific “software” subkey under the registry
…Class\SetupClassGUID\device-instance-id branch, and so forth.
