When updating from Win10 TH2 to Win10 Anniversary Update, I noticed the callouts in my WFP driver were not called after the first restart required by the update.
Unloading and loading the driver, rebooting the system or restarting the BFE causes the callouts to be called normally.
Is this behaviour normal?
