Since VISTA is an EFI aware OS, does it mean we can use all EFI run time
services? Has anybody used EFI run time services on VISTA? Please let me
know how to do it?

Vista actually doesn’t support EFI. EFI support is being added for Longhorn Server and Vista SP1. In those versions we don’t have a way for drivers to access arbitrary runtime services.
Can you tell me which runtime services you would like to access, and what you are trying to accomplish? Thanks.
