In our ongoing effort to reduce list-based annoyances, we have
implemented a new virus and spam scanning system for the NTDEV, NTFSD,
and WINDBG lists.
While the system should be entirely transparent to list users, we wanted
you to be aware of the change so that you can call to our attention any
new and possibly related list posting problems that you may experience
over the next few days.
