Virtual disk drive for 9x

Hello

Maybe someone know, is some sort of FileDisk device driver for win 9x exists
with open sources?

Search 'Net for ScramDisk. Sources were extremely bad formated (several
years before when saw them) but driver was working some way. Please note
there are issues with w9x which make such a driver unreliable (possible
deadlocks) unless you’re using completely undocumented stuff or directly
access filesystem structure (not so hard for FAT).
