but you can try this one:
ftp://ftp.dell.com/utility/Intea01i.exe
this is usb stack from ionetworks with additional drivers.
usb mass storage works fine.

There are, however, 3rd party NT4 USB stacks. I don’t remember who
created them, just that they caused me occasional headaches.
