I’m trying to find a programmatic way to manage network resource on a
Peer2peer network. And yes security is important, that’s the buzz word I
play to my advantage

The network would be “home network” the way XP defines. Not a
client-server w/ SMB/samba server. -
There is a bunch of Net* and Wnet* api’s but it seems like they need
the server side of LanManager, MPR etc. -
Is it true that UPnP is the only choice ( it is only on XP sp1+, and
Me !).
Any input, insight etc !!!
