Just to give you an update:
As of last night, we have abandonded all our 38.220.243.x addresses, in
favor of new addresses in the 208.13.232.x domain. With this our switch to
the new ISP is complete.
All that remains is for the DNS records to propagate through the internet.
If you have trouble connecting to www.osr.com try using 208.13.232.200; If
you have trouble connecting to lists.osr.com, try 208.13.232.245
Once again, we’re sorry for the inconvenience – Once this is all sorted out
we should be “set” for quite some time. And our tests show that we’ll have
MUCH better connection support when it’s all over and done…
