Update Driver Warning..

Dear Group,

While upgrading the driver for my Device I have observer one Update Driver Warning… like below…

" Installing this device driver is not recommended because Windows cannot verify that it is compatible with your hardware. If the driver is not compatible, your hardware will not function correctly and your computer might become unstable or stop working completely. Do you want to continue installing this driver ? "

After this Warning , if i press YES , the installation went fine and device working fine.

I am sure that INF & Driver all are correct for my device and platform.

why this kind of Warning is coming?

How to avoid these warnings?

That means the new driver is not WHQL signed. So get it signed by MS is the
only way.
