Dear All
Concerned Data transfer handling, I searched document and book.
They always said that DO_BUFFERED_IO / DO_DIRECT_IO…
IS right?
I already make Driver XXX.sys
I wanna transfer data from application to driver(xxx.sys).
Have I used such method?
Best Regard

Yoboseo,
That depends a lot on what you are trying to do, and you haven¡¯t really
given enough information for anyone to know what you are doing. If all you
are doing is transferring a small amount of data to the driver (say less
than 1K) then NEITHER may work best for you (!(DO_DIRECT_IO |
DO_BUFFERED_IO)). However, you cannot use the data buffer above
PASSIVE_LEVEL, or outside of the calling thread context.
