Tool request: for finding which driver is returning a SCSI error

Hello,

I am passing a SCSI IOCTL INQUIRY command that is returning an error, and I
need to find out which driver in the stack is returning the error. (filter,
filesystem, device, class, …) Is there a user app “ala sysinternals.com
style” that will show me the offending driver? Or perhaps show me a trace
of which drivers the IOCTL successfully passes through?

Thanks,

Hi,

Have you tried IRPTracker
(http://www.osronline.com/article.cfm?article=199)? It was specifically
created for things like this…
