TimeStamps in IRP_MJ_CREATE and CLEANUP

Hi All,

I want to know the created and modifed timestamp of a file at the time of
IRP_MJ_CREATE and IRP_MJ_CLEANUP.

Is there any documented of undocumented field associated with these IRPs
from where i can get this value without issuing a new IRP for obtaining File
attributes.

No. You must query the file system for the attributes.
