Hi,
When a new volume is registered, and I get a notification (after
attaching to the FSD via IoRegisterFsRegistrationChange notification),
when IRP_MJ_FILE_SYSTEM is passed with IRP_MN_MOUNT_VOLUME, are the
symbolic links already created? Or is the driver letter created later?
