Is there a way for the file system driver or desktop.ini to supply a comment for a folder (i.e. the comment that shows up in Explorer)?

I found that desktop.ini can have an entry which shows up in the comment column. But while experimenting it doesn’t seem to add the comment. It does add the Title, Subject, Author and Keywords, but it doesn’t add the comment.
