I am writing a boot driver which loads after sr and ntfs drivers, Before my driver’s driverentry is called sr and ntfs drivers are already loaded and they have valid device object. During driver entry of my driver i write some info to a file using ZwWriteFile call. The write is successful and everything is going fine. After the system has booted successfully I go to event viewer and see the following error
The System Restore filter encountered the unexpected error ‘0xC0000001’ while processing the file ‘’ on the volume ‘HarddiskVolume1’. It has stopped monitoring the volume.
can anybody tell why and is aany solution??
