Sockets in Kernel

Is it possible to use sockets in NT kernel ?? what are the Kernel APIs??..

are they the same as the BSD/Linux implementations like … sys_socet(), sys_send() etc…

TIA

Yea, it’s possible but more difficult then you think. Look for TDI in DDK
documentation.
There are already written kernel socket libraries which you could use or
write yourself:

We have a Berkeley compliant socket library for kernel-mode. Send me an
email if you are interested.

MessageI would be interested in an implementation of sockets in kernel mode.

Thank you,
