Seeking assistance from Windows Defender team - Driver conflicts

We’re seeing some odd behavior from Windows Defender during a user login, mostly likely related to our driver. We’re seeing Windows Defender access the user’s ntuser.dat file and thus causing a sharing violation for the svchost process that is logging in the user. This causes the login to then fail. It would be helpful for us to speak with someone familiar with the product.

Thanks in advance.
