Hi All,
My device is a USB mass storage device, ( use native disk.sys and
usbstor.sys under W2k) and now we want to implment a security feature for
it…
That is when user access this disk for the first, the driver need to prompt
a window for the user to loggin the
password, otherwise access to this disk should be denied.
What I found in the DDK related files, one is “disk” a storage class driver,
and the other is “diskperf” a filter driver for file system.
Could some one give me more infomation on this issue, which one or where
should I start from. Thanks for your help.
