Hi,
is win2k capable to rebalance irqs allocated for PCI devices?
I inserted two PCI-to-PCMCIA adapters into a PC, they r using different
IRQs. When i start to insert PC Cards into the adapters I run out of IRQs,
although the two adapters could share the same IRQ after a resource
rebalancing, and one IRQ could be freed up. (PC Cards require exclusive
IRQs.)
I checked and it seems that rebalancing of IRQs allocated for PC Cards are
possible. Is it possible in case of PCI devices?
(I tried this with both ACPI compliant and standard PCs, no differences
experienced.)
