As Tejas & Leo suggest I will check for the device again.
For your second suggestion I have checked the device descriptor data , it is sending 18 bytes data .
The number of the interface in the device is 2 .
I do not understand “There is some different value for this” .
Are u talking about the device descriptor data field value ?
As Brien says that re plugging the device is working properly But i have to make it work at first time .
After installing the driver for the device , I replug it again & it is loading the driver properly & I test the device with test application & find that it is working properly .
But If i uninstall the device from the device manager(first time when it is not being started ) & install it by "Scan for Hardware Change " in device manager then it is not working .
