RE: starting/stopping PCI drivers

net stop doesn’t work for PnP drivers. SC manager tests if a driver is PnP
and returns below error in this case.

So then why does “net stop foo” say “The requested pause or stop is not
valid for this service.”?

I can live with manually enabling specific boards, but I can’t seem to
convince win2k to unload the bloody thing:-/ Boy, do I miss insmod/rmmod.
