I also faced this problem. I used the “Intel(R) extreme chipset graphics
driver”…no more i am facing this problem, actually :-))

settle this problem, may you have to change your display card, I think. If

Softce installed for Intel 82845G display Adaptor does not work properly, it
freezes the system. Any idea, how to overcome this problem ?
