I think the only function I can use is RtlUnicodeStringToInteger??but it is
not convenient.

In my opinion, it is a far greater hole. Pls do not use any of those c
library routines. Use of Kerenle provide safe routines or kernel provided
routines for counted string is far better. The safe string routines in krnl
library and counted strings are more than enough to get thing going…
