For more specifically, i have minifilter,i need authotize any programs to access the folder, them … .whem creating any file at folder, i need know who?s creating it …

The question is a bit ambiguous. Do you mean “Who owns (i.e. is
responsible for) that string whivh is the file name?” or do you mean
“Given the thread context of the caller, what specifies who the owner of
the file will be?”
