What an ingrate! See you’re paying for the PRIVILEGE of using these tools
:). AND it looks as though that cost is about to go up - AGAIN. So asking
for help for driver writers, well… we may be pond scum but at least
we’re ON TOP!

Uh, no. I’m paying microsoft $2,000/yr for developer tools, those tools
ought to work right. If instead the tools work for everyone except driver
developers, then perhaps we ought to get some sort of discount.
