Got mine from MSDN. If you get MSDN and haven’t got the CD, have a look in
the subscriber downloads section of the MSDN web site. Apart from that,
I’d have no idea where to buy apart from talking to local distributor.

You need the 64-bit CD.

Also make sure that the primary disk is configured either with the right
partitions or has no partition table, in the latter case the install will
create the correct default partitions.
