These routines are called every time the operation in their name occurs.
PSWAP_CONTEXT_NOTIFY_ROUTINE is called from the SwapContext
routine which makes the switch to some other thread.
You will obtain ThreadId of both old and new thread.
PTHREAD_SELECT_NOTIFY_ROUTINE …
PTIME_UPDATE_NOTIFY_ROUTINE …
