Re:Is there any active drivers when system show "it i s safe to shut down"

ok! thanks about all replys!
maybe i can explain our question in detail. in fact i want to control a
power device to turn off when i issue a “out” or “WRITE_PORT_UCHAR” command to our power device, then
our power device turn off and pc turn off too…it is well-known when
system is not “it is safe for you to turn off your computer” state,it
will start a famous “scandisk” command show system have a abnormal shutdown action…so i asked “Is there any active driver
when system show ‘it is safe for you to turn off your computer’”.
welcome any cules yet!
thanks all ppl !
