If you try to give control to the application in your IFS hook, you
will deadlock the system in 9x/Me. If you didn’t yet, you didn’t test
it!
This is a known issue, and cannot be overcome.

As for your question: I don’t get the problem - actually I don’t get
the logics… how does the Spy hook get the data sent to your
application?

There is a very simple principle involved. If you don’t have complete
physical control of your system, and thus complete control of
administrative access, you have no security.

If someone else can insert code into the kernel of your system, you can
encrypt as much as you want and you are going to be exposed.
