the CD have the same label as the CD you started from? This will cause the
problem of it not booting correctly (been there done that enough myself). I
have used Nero and Easy CD Creator to do this.

The volume name is the same as the original.
So far I’ve tried these methods (Nero works only
on the external DVD I have ).
Perhaps using boot.bin instead of image.bin from Bart
would do the job.
SW Nero : Sony DVD/CD R/W image.bin from Bart from original
Windows 2003 CD.
SW DeepBurner: Internal CD R/W image.bin
SW Deep Burner Internal CD, Floppy.img
SW Deep Burner Interna; CD , Default boot load (Linux)
These all show signs of booting (boot message) but windows
doesn’t start.
Exactly what does the image.bin load ?
One of the CD I made did not have the 3 text files
(WIN*) that simply contain the text" Windows".
The directory structure from the CD has:
Directory of F:\CdImages\win2003
