Yes, I know. Problem that after mouse movement or keyboard hitting
display is powered on again. Which is inappropriate absolutely.

Yes, agree 100%. Strange that I can’t find in Windows direct API in
kernel mode or in user mode to turning off monitor for desirable
amount of time.
