Problems with RAS library under NT 4 service pack 6a on Toshiba - Tecra 8100 lap top when using

Hi all,

We are having an intermittent but serious error using the RAS library
from NT 4.00 service pack 6a. We have a Toshiba Tecra 8100 lap top
which is using the RAS library and Nokia Card Phone v2.0 (pcmcia card
connects the phone to the PC) to make
repeated calls to the same RAS access point. Most of the time this
works fine, however intermittently (max 2-3 times a week) the authentication
fails and this causes the lap to completely freeze for hours (8 to 14 hours)
but it does eventually recover and then continues as normal.

Any help, pointers, ideas would be gratefully received.

Also does anyone know of a tool we could use to capture useful info at the
point the system freezes?
