Thus far the only problem I have had is wit .kdfiles. When I build a new
version and attempt to load it, I consistently get the following message:
“WARNING: No file I/O done by target, .kdfiles files may not be updated”
This warning is not found in the documentation.
The registry entry has a Start value of 2 (Auto)
