Problem receiving IOCTL_INTERNAL_MOUSE_CONNECT in Windows-ME

Hi D,
I have a .inf file for installing my USB Device.The Class I have
mentioned in my inf file is MOUSE.In Windows 2k,XP I was receiving
IOCTL_INTERNAL_MOUSE_CONNECT but in Windows-ME,I am not receiving it.Can you
pls tell me the reason for the same?.What are the registry entries for Mouse
Class in Windows-ME,I need to check ?

input on win9x based systems (win95, win98, winme) is completely differen then on NT based systems (NT4, win2k, winxp). input is VXD based on win9x. If you write a HID miniport and declare your input reports correctly, these differences are taken of for you by the native drivers written for each system.
