The last mail I posted on 30Aug was wrong, I’m
extremely sorry for that… actually the miniport is
working in win 98. thanks to jamey & Anton.
actually I anted to know about the consequences of
using global variables in miniport drivers on
Win98…
one other problem remains…
this scsi miport driver by
which we are emulating a cdrom… it is reading TOC
for both Data CD and
audio CD perfectly but for data CD it works fine while
for Audio CD it does
not show the audio tracks in the windows explorer. But
the same TOC image is
working fine for the WinNT version of the miniport
driver. What do u think
is the problem ??? it seems very interesting…
