Is there a way to indicate that files deleted from the volume(drive)
representing a FSD are not to be sent to the Recycle Bin.
This would be from the Windows Explorer point of view. I know how to do
this manually from the Recycle Bin Properties. I was looking to see if
maybe Query Volume Information ( File System Information Classes) had this
capability.
