Is it possible, when I plug in an USB device and it will load 2
USB-driver using the same ID? It does. How to write the inf file?

YES.
You need 2 ore more different interfaces on your devices with
different PIPE settings.

Your PnP ID’s in your INF file are little different and have a
addional interface information.

like
USB\VID0000&PID0000&MI_001
USB\VID0000&PID0000&MI_002

This works very great.
