PCI device driver

Hello all,

Gentlemans! Could you please offer me an exhaustive treatment of how
to do with PCI under Win2k/XP/2003, step by step, from the very
beginning? The DDK is not enough, furthermore it’s not so good for
this purpose.

Thank you!
Michael

Ntfsd-list isn’t either. Appropriate newsgroups, lists, books, and seminars
are available.

It should be concentrated in one location.

Sorry. No cookbooks for most system level programming efforts. The
folks at OSR have done a good job at osronline.com at comprising lots of
information on “how to” that isn’t generally documented in the DDK or
FSD kit. For those that need additional help, they provide consulting
services and training seminars that can be utilized. Although the
perception seems to be that this type of information should free, the
knowledge comes from years of hard work that should be rewarded. OSR
does give a lot of this knowledge away for free and they should be
commended for that. But for what you ask, paying for training or
consulting seems very reasonable.

[off soap box now] -)
